CVD Diamond Terms & Conditions for Order Process and Payment

1. Order Placement:

• At CVD Diamond Online, a division of Luxica Jewels, we prioritize personalized and customized jewelry as per client requirements.

• To initiate an order, customers are required to provide a token amount of 10% of the total order value or Rs. 10,000 (whichever is higher) before the order is officially placed.

2. CAD Design Confirmation:

• Once the order is placed, we create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model of the product.

• Customers must carefully review and confirm the CAD design before proceeding to the production stage.

• Minor changes to the design are permissible during the CAD review phase. However, once the CAD design is approved, no further changes can be made during the production process.

3. Production Timeline:

• Our minimum dispatch time is 7 days from the date of CAD approval.

• Larger or more complex products may require additional time due to the intricacies of CAD design and manufacturing processes.

4. Payment Terms:

• The remaining balance of the order amount must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

• We reserve the right to withhold product delivery until the full payment is received.

5. Documentation Requirement:

• Customers are required to provide a PAN card or GST number for billing purposes.

6. Change Policy:

• Minor adjustments can be requested during the CAD design phase.

• Once the CAD design is approved and the product enters the manufacturing stage, no further modifications will be entertained.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations after CAD confirmation will not be accepted.

• The initial token amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation post CAD confirmation.
